Staff meeting - Building Bridges With Holistic Well-Being

The first mobility in this KA210 project was a staff meeting in Osijek, Croatia. This mobility was important to finally meet each other and to start with our main activities - to learn and encourage students, teachers, school staff and parents to include well-being tools and activities in their daily routines. All indoor activities were held in a beautiful, really well-being friendly Eagle's Nest Vila in Kopačevo in Baranya region and they included a brief history of this concept, theoretical perspectives and approaches as well as activities like meditation, yoga, introspection and the others. For outdoor activities we chose Nature Park Kopački rit, hiking through Baranya hills and landscapes.
