Structured course - Challenges of Using AI in Education

Duration: 10/11/2024 - 15/11/2024

Along with our partners and experts from Učilište Mozaik and Ofir we prepared an educational course Challenges of Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Education for Raziye Tezcan and Anke Renter from Leonardo Da Vinci Campus from Nauen, Brandenburg Germany. A 5-day program included lessons and workshops about different perspectives and a historical view about AI, how does it actually work and how to use AI tools such as Knewton, Napkin AI and similar for teaching strategies and curriculum integration. Teachers also learned how to asses AI-driven learning outcomes and even how to use that as a pretty objective school assesment tool. With very different background of educators – IT experts, English language teachers, social science experts and school pedagogues – this education provided participants insight into real-world applications of AI in education and active learning environments. They experienced first-hand how AI and technology are integrated into innovative learning and training practices which broadened their implementation in their own educational settings. Beside education, they had really a nice time here in Osijek and whole this region and finally in amazing Budapest.
